Accept your invitation
Disney sends a Friends & Family invite to the email you used. It usually arrives within 5 minutes. Allow up to 12 hours. We can’t watch your sailing until you accept it.
1. Accept on Disney’s site
Family & Friends → Pending Invites → Received → Accept next to Cruise Magic.
Open Disney F&F page2. Or accept in the Disney email
Look for mail from [email protected] and tap Accept in that message.
Don’t see an invite? Invites usually show up within 5 minutes. Allow up to 12 hours, then check spam. If you still don’t see it, that email may not have a Disney account yet. Create one at disneycruise.disney.go.com (or the Navigator app) with the same email you just used, then add your reservation (confirmation + last name + date of birth). After that, the invite will be waiting. Until you accept it, we can’t watch your sailing.
Once you accept, you’re done. No need to come back here — we’ll start watching.
